At Hushed Socks, we want your feet to stay comfortable and stylish, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as our toe seams to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn socks with tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
